The client is a global consulting company specialising in technology and strategy, that values people and actively promotes well-being, collaboration, and a sense of belonging. As part of this culture, it organises internal events that strengthen bonds among employees in an informal setting.
The challenge was to create a visual identity and graphic elements for an internal Summer event, aimed at fostering unity and celebrating team spirit. The creative proposal used warm and vibrant colours associated with the energy and relaxation of the season, conveying dynamism and joy.
The project included signage, decoration, merchandising, and video projection, creating an engaging and festive atmosphere.
This initiative helped to reinforce team spirit and a sense of belonging, providing employees with a positive experience outside the usual work context. Communication design played a key role in creating a visually striking environment aligned with the brand’s objectives and the event’s purpose.
