Freenow, an urban mobility platform, has been positioning itself as a super app that brings together multiple transport solutions in a single point of access. Aiming to reinforce this positioning and grow its user base, a digital campaign was developed centred around the offer of a promotional discount.

The idea was to highlight the app’s convenience and encourage its use through a direct benefit. The campaign included the development of various digital assets, namely videos, MRECs, and HTML5 animated banners, all optimised for different platforms and formats.

With a dynamic visual approach and clear messaging, the campaign helped increase Freenow’s brand awareness as a mobility super app, encouraging service trial among new users and strengthening the brand’s presence in the digital landscape.
