The client, a global leader in consulting and technology, stands out for transforming businesses through innovation, digitalisation, and sustainability. In Portugal, it acts as a driver of modernisation, focusing on people, technology, and positive impact.

The project aimed to visually translate the brand’s values — innovation, sustainability, and inclusion — into a dynamic, inspiring, and welcoming workspace. The people-centred design approach honoured the company culture and fostered an inclusive and flexible environment.

Natural wood and the brand’s colour palette were strategically used to create a warm, engaging, and representative aesthetic. Solutions included exterior and interior signage, space branding, and interactive installations that encourage participation and creativity.

This space reflects a new vision of work that respects individuality and fosters collaborative working, inspiring a more meaningful professional life aligned with the client’s values.
